Practice with experienced teachers you can trust

Each of our registered yoga teachers have gone through Yoga Alliance certified training programs, specializing in a variety of different practices including Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Mindfulness, and everything in between! All classes offered are both trauma and neurodivergent informed and we provide guidance for all levels of practice so you can decide what feels best for your body pose by pose. We all have different learning styles and body history, this plays a significant role in movement with the art of adaptation being at the heart of our offerings here.
