    Fine Print (Read Before Joining!):

    🔹 Solo membership – non-transferable and cannot be shared.                               🔹 Online Class booking classes not canceled/rescheduled within 15 minutes of class start will be automatically charged an additional non-refundable $15. This includes series classes sign up for an unattended. Please be courteous. 
    🔹 No automatic access to workshops, special series, or events (discount applies where noted).
    🔹 2-month minimum commitment – early cancellation fee of $35 if canceled before that.
    🔹 No refunds or credits for missed, late-canceled, or unused classes. No show $15 charge if you don't reschedule/cancel at least 15 minutes before the start of class
    🔹 Schedule flexibility – class offerings may shift seasonally or take breaks.
    🔹 Cancellation policy: Cancel anytime on your own at least 2 days before renewal or email Aline 5 days prior to avoid auto-renewal.                                                                                            

     🔹 Guest Pass – includes one complimentary guest pass per month, guest passes that are unused or your guests that sign up but do not attend/early cancel the class do not roll over, they reset back to one each month if they are used/attended or unused/unattended. To add a guest they must have a profile and be added as a " related contact" in your account. 

    💳 Billing Reminder: This is a recurring subscription. Ensure your payment method is up to date to avoid disruptions. Expired or declined cards need to be updated to permit attendance and admittance to classes.

Meet Our Founder

Hey I’m
Aline

I’m a yoga teacher entirely by accident. Classically trained as an artist I bartended to put myself through college and beyond as a working classical fine artist and illustrator. I found yoga during a time of incredible emotional distress in the early 2000’s and it saved and changed my entire life. On a fateful Thursday night as the bartender for the weekly live music show I was sharing how much Yoga meant to me to one of my music loving guests, Dr. Christine Casey. Dr. Casey, at the time, was the human resources director for a residential rehabilitation school outside New York City. She asked if I could show the kids some yoga knowing what a profound difference it made for me. I showed up with a bag of yoga mats, a boom box, some blankets and eye pillows and shared whatever yoga poses I could remember that felt good and then I sang them Sarah McLachlan songs during relaxation. What I thought was a one time thing was so well received by the kids they asked me to create yoga programs for both high schools, the middle and elementary school, the teachers after school and lead stress relief classes on professional development days. Dr. Casey changed the entire trajectory of my life. I cannot thank her enough. Not in 1000 lifetimes. And my yoga teachers, so many along the way, helped teach me how to save and heal my own life and changed the game. The art is still very much alive, but it’s channeled in hand painting yoga mats, building websites, creating classes and designing yoga studios!

  • You can put your membership on a temporary pause twice a year. Message us at least 2 weeks ahead of any known absence and we can set that up on our end!

  • You can unsubscribe on your own anytime at least 2 days before your next renewal date. Keep an eye on the calendar for that, as an adult you are responsible for canceling before that date. There are no refunds if you cancel after the renewal date because you forgot. Double check once you cancel to be certain it went through. Any questions or not sure, reach out!

  • Unfortunately this membership is for one person but… you get one complimentary guest pass per month to use for anyone you like in any regular weekly community class! If you have more that you would like to bring you can purchase a class pass using your 15% discount and add your guests as “related contacts” on your account. You would need to sign them up under your account for them to attend. Fine Print: if you sign up a guest and they decide not to come and you don’t cancel their spot you lose that pass from either your guest option or a class pass if you purchased one.

  • To attend a class you need to sign up ahead of time online. Fastest way to book is to download the Kenko app on your mobile device - it’s literally 2 clicks to get into a class! Booking and rescheduling a class closes 15 minutes before the start of each class and the system is exact. If you fail to reschedule a class you signed up for you will be charged a $15 no show fee that is non-refundable. We set up the class for you, and we wait to lock the doors until you safely arrive. Please be respectful and let us know you are NOT coming by rescheduling in time.

  • Your 15% discount code VIP15 is always listed on your account on checkout but you do have to put the code in to have it activate. It is not automatically applied to purchases. This code works for extra class passes, certain workshops and events on site (there may be times this may not be available depending on outside instructors or offerings) merchandise (when in stock!). The code is not eligible for use in teacher trainings, retreats or outside events. This code will not work after you cancel your membership, it is only for current and paid subscribers.

• You could sit on the couch endlessly scrolling on social media and news watching other people live a healthy and fit lifestyle hoping by watching and osmosis you magically become flexible
