First step in deepening your practice is developing a supportive relationship with a teacher who has a solid grasp of the anatomy of the body, mind and soul. Our teachers are well versed in the physiology and psychology of the practice of Yoga. We hear often, “ I can’t do yoga because I can’t touch my toes.” We can help you get there, but know, it’s about so much more than touching your toes! The first step is to take a luxury stretch class or join our Foundations alignment and beginner series.
