Whether you are a long time yoga practitioner or brand new to the practice, private sessions are a great place to start.
The benefits of a private yoga session is personalized instruction from experienced teachers, privacy, and bespoke practices designed with your unique goals in mind.
This Isn’t Your Usual Private Yoga Experience
Our private yoga experiences are for you if:
✓ You are brand new to yoga or returning to a practice from a pause (injury, parenthood, work etc) and could use a refresher. Maybe you want extra help with a pose or yoga concept or a custom tailored practice to compliment work in physical therapy or other medical practices.
✓ You want instructors with 20+ years of experience on the mat that can share a wealth of tools, tips, tricks and techniques custom tailored to your unique physiology & goals.
✓ You have a special occasion coming up, birthday, girls night, wedding, old friends or family in town and want to do something fun, healthy and peaceful together
✓ You are looking for a more sensitive approach to a practice while you are navigating a challenging or transitional period in your life. We also offer trauma informed yoga sessions and yoga for bereavement, grief, PTSD, OCD, ADHD for adults and teens.
