What to expect from sup yoga?
What to wear? bathing suit, or yoga clothes, shorts/tshirt/tank you don't mind getting wet!

What to bring? towel, water bottle, prepare to leave keys, electronics and valuables in your vehicle, nothing valuable or electronic on the boards is best practice.

What's included? use of the SUP boards, life vests and paddles plus instruction on safety and use of the boards, how to paddle, and how to practice yoga!

I've never done yoga or SUP can I still join? Yes! You'll learn both and as long as you keep a beginners mind, an open heart and some laughter close by you'll have a great time! All are welcome ages 14 and UP!

Anything I HAVE to know? You have to know how to swim. This is non-negotiable. All paddlers will be leashed to the boards via ankles and asked to wear life vests, however basic swimming and treading water skills are a must. These are not classes designed to teach swimming and the waters we paddle out in are deep.
