Awaken Vinyasa Sundays @ 8:30am - 9:30am This is one of our strongest classes on the menu, we don't use the phrase "power flow" here but this class will burn calories and karma, prepare to break a sweat and be extra relaxed at the end! Although this is an active practice, all are welcome and the practice can be modified for almost any level of yoga experience! Drop in $20 2 people use code SUNSHINE for $5 off the drop in Class passes are available If you purchased a class pass please choose " pay with pricing plan" to redeem from your pass. What to bring: 1. Your yoga mat 2. Water 3. Reminder that if you are feeling unwell, sick or getting over a cold/allergies etc in any capacity or if you have been exposed to Covid 19 please stay home and live stream the class! This is a mask optional experience. Please book with some degree of certainty. There are a limited number of these experiences and space. NOTE: There will be a dog on premise during classes when we are at the studio. Saylor is our resident therapy puppy in training and kenneled during the class and available for love and pets before and after. If you are allergic or afraid of dogs please send an email and arrangements can be made to keep him in the kennel or not have him in the class room while you are present. The studio is cleaned and steamed daily to maintain it allergen free. ~ If you sign up and purchase a single drop in and can't make it or forget to come there are no makeups in other classes on alternate weekends. You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance on your own by logging into the website and in the log in menu choosing " my bookings" and rescheduling. If you are under the 24 hour window to rebook it won't allow it. ~ If you purchase a 3 pass or are a channel subscriber with multiple complimentary passes you are welcome to sign up a friend to join you and share your pass! However if you sign up for a class and can't make it or forget to come you lose that class off your pass. There are no refunds or exchanges for other services or classes for purchased drop ins or 3 class passes.
