Crystal Sound Bath with DDS Dobson-Smith $35 per person (price includes CT state sales tax) Please arrive at least 5 - 10 minutes early to settle in. Doors will be locked until 6:15pm as DDS tunes the bowls and sets up and doors lock on time at the start of practice. Please plan ahead and give yourself extra time to account for Friday night traffic. End the week and begin the weekend with peace in your body, heart and mind! Join DDS Dobson-Smith (Reiki master, licensed therapist, and sound healer) for an Experience not to be missed! Sound waves from the crystal bowls, chimes, drums and musical instruments travel deep into the body delivering a range of benefits including mental stimulation and emotional release. Bring a yoga mat, a pillow, a blanket. Body temperature can fluctuate during a sound bath, wearing layers is recommended. The studio will also have bolsters and blocks for those who might appreciate a little more rest and restorative elements. Cancellation policy: 24 hours advance notice = full refund. No call/no show/last minute cancelation = no refund, studio credit only. If you can't make it you are welcome to give your space to someone you know, please let the studio know who will be taking your place. 6.35% CT Sales tax will be added to the cost of the event
