Outdoor classes are weather dependent and live streamed.
In studio includes access to online to practice at home after classes stream.
Covid 19 precautions in studio: 6 participants per class. Masks worn at all times, mats are 6+ feet apart from each other, fresh air ventilation at all times, medical grade air purifier, all high quality props provided and deep steamed/sanitized between uses. Please bring your own yoga mat. If you think you have been exposed to the Covid-19 virus or may have a cold, allergies or getting over "something" - we love you and with love - please err on the side of caution and stay home.
Your consideration and cooperation on this keeps the studio safe and everyone healthy AND you can still participate in real time virtually! In studio series participants also have access to online live streamed and recorded classes in the series.

Results include but are not limited to: greater personal, interpersonal team morale and work culture, immediately effective adaptive stress relief strategies to use on the job and in daily life, clearer communication i.e. respond versus react, enhanced health awareness resulting in potentially less sick days, increased productivity and enthusiasm for the work at hand.
Private Yoga & Meditation
For individuals, small groups and families that want to increase their quality of life and daily living experience by cultivating more peace and wellbeing through the yogic and meditation arts. Sessions are custom tailored to the intentions of each participant or group.
The benefits and byproducts of yoga and meditation practices can include increased physical strength, mobility and more efficient respiration resulting in healthier adaptive responses to stress and stress management, greater focus and over time and with practice, mental clarity. Your private sessions are designed to fit as seamlessly as possible into your daily life, something to look forward to that helps you feel amazing and supports a full balanced life versus another item on the to-do list!
Themes vary in range from lifestyle enhancements to celebratory to athletic performance to emotional wellbeing, they may include but are not limited to:
flexibility, physical strength, athletic endurance, cross training and muscular recovery for individuals, athletes and sports teams (professional, school sports, leisure sports) recovery from injury or surgery (doctors note required)
stress relief and stress management skills, physical and emotional processing for major life events such as: grief, loss of a loved one, major surgery or terminal illness, world events, trauma, PTSD, divorce/breakup, accidents), mindfulness practices to support recovery from addiction for both individuals and families (recommendation from recovery counselor or sponsor required).
Yoga & Meditation for wedding parties, celebration of life, birthdays, holidays, special life events, golf outings, fundraisers, walk-a-thons, marathons, family yoga, kids yoga and meditation, yoga for couples.
